With the joy of God in my heart, I welcome you to this great college, it is my prayer that you will find sincere godly and brotherly love, fellowship, encouragement and fulfillment here. It is my promise that this college will provide platform for establishing relationship with other Bishops and Apostles across the globe, we shall endeavor to treat you with ultimate respect and accord you the honor you deserve. Your race, gender, color or nationality shall never be a factor in determining your standing and position in this college as we shall treat everyone with genuine love of God.

ICOBAPS is a college of Bishops and Apostles of the various Pentecostal Churches here represented in the United States of America and around the world. People with one heart, one faith and one mission bound in love to bring the Church of God into unity of faith as prayed by our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that we need each other as we journey together with our Lord Jesus Christ in our walk of faith and live a life to please Him and Him alone.

Welcome to the International Communion of Bishops and Apostles (ICOBAPS), the following are few things you need to know about this great college:
International Communion of Bishops and Apostles (ICOBAPS) was inspired and instructed by the Holy Spirit as a vision given to the founder, his lordship the Rt. Reverend (Dr.) Simeon O. Agbolabori who is the Presiding Bishop. The mandate of the college is to be a shelter for Bishops and Apostles across the world creating opportunity for men and women of integrity to promote unity among those who have been chosen and called into these high offices of service.
ICOBAPS will be a channel of inspiring fellowship and networking, membership shall be opened to every bible believing, preaching and living Bishops and Apostles and shall not be restricted to any particular race, nationality or tribe, it shall be a college where no one is treated lesser or more highly than others due to race, color or nationality, everyone shall be treated with a godly and biblical respect, giving honor to all.
ICOBAPS shall be operated solely on biblical principles, it shall not be political or a means of supporting or advocating any particular governmental agendas.
ICOBAPS shall be the voice of God over nations on matters relating to any obstruction of Christian practice, persecution or attack of Christians.
ICOBAPS shall not be a platform for debates or arguments, not a place for show of denominational supremacy but a place where iron will sharpen iron.
ICOBAPS shall not be a place for self aggrandizement or burning desire for relevance, power and position.
ICOBAPS shall be a place to provoke and encourage each other to live a life pleasing unto God encouraging one another to remain faithful.
ICOBAPS shall provide support and protect the rights of members up to the ability of the college.
ICOBAPS shall be the defender of right doctrine and shall discourage extra biblical or unbiblical practice among members.
ICOBAPS shall stand with members encouraging them to fulfill the plans, purpose and calling of God upon their lives and no one shall be left alone except that such chooses to be so.
ICOBAPS shall encourage chapters to be established all over the world as may be instructed by the Presiding Bishop, these chapters shall report to the college’s Headquarters in Houston Texas.
ICOBAPS shall consecrate and affirm qualified candidates into the office Bishops and Apostles as may be approved by the office of the Presiding Bishop.

Meet Our Presiding Bishop : Bishop Simeon Agbolabori
Bishop Simeon Agbolabori was born in Nigeria over 60 years ago to Late Apostle Moses Agbolabori and Deaconess Julianah Agbolabori of Ijebu Jesa in Osun State of Nigeria.
He resides in Sugar Land, Texas and has been doing ministry from his headquarters in Houston, Texas for about 3 decades.
He is an Electrical Engineer who was called into full time ministry over 30 years ago, he received a Master of Divinity (M.Div) from Houston Graduate School of Theology, Houston Texas and a Doctor of Theology (Th.D) from Slidell Baptist Seminary, Slidell Louisiana .
He is founder and Bishop of the Chapel of Restoration Worldwide headquarters in Houston Texas with branches in Africa and Central America.
He was consecrated a Bishop by the International Communion of Charismatic Churches (ICCC)
He is the founder and president of Simeon Agbolabori Ministries International (SAMI) and the Setting The Captives Free Crusades (STCF).
He is the founder and chairman Board of Trustees of Greater Houston Ministers Fellowship (GHMF) an umbrella for ministers in Houston Texas.
He is the leader of the Nigerian Christian Association International (NCAI) Houston, Texas, the former member and chairman of the Mayoral International Advisory Committee.
He is the founder and the Presiding Bishop of the International Communion of Bishops and Apostles (ICOBAPS).
He has been privileged to host great servants of God in Houston and he has spoken in great crusades, revivals and conferences across the world.
He believes in the supernatural and diverse miracles manifest in his meetings.
He is the father of 3 incredible sons: Yinka, Bimbo and Tolu and also a grandfather.
He was married to the late Rev. Patricia O. Agbolabori

Become A Member!
To become a member of ICOBAPS, the following are required:
-
Agree to our Statement of Faith and Ethical Practices submit copies of your credentials (license/deacon license, Presbyterian ordination and episcopal/affirmation). You can submit your credentials online via email: icobaps@gmail.com.

Register for the Congress and submit the membership fee of $100 submitted alongside with your membership registration form.

Submit two reference letters from two church leaders who know you and can attest to your ministry calling and character.

Commit to support ICOBAPS through your prayers, attendance at the ICOBAPS Annual Congress and other ICOBAPS events and financial gifts as you are able.

Upon the receipt of your application form with all the above requirements, the leadership of ICOBAPS will send our representative to your church or ministry to meet with your people and confirm with our own eyes the grace of God upon you and your assignment in the body of Christ.

The leadership will now take a decision on your membership request and send you an acceptance or a denial letter based on the leadership decision.

Note: It is very important to state clearly that, though you could be accepted to membership but you will not be given the privilege to be in any leadership role in ICOBAPS if you are a founder, missioner, or a major leader in any other college similar to ICOBAPS.
To request for Consecration as A Bishop or An Apostle, the below listed conditions must be met:

It is important to state that if you want to be consecrated by our college, you must go through all the membership requirements first as most of the steps above will be required before you are consecrated A Bishop and An Apostle.
After all the above membership requirement are met, you will need the below conditions to be met too:

You will apply to the head office to be consecrated a Bishop or an Apostle, the application form is available on this website.

If your application be reviewed and approved, you will receive a letter of approval from the office of the Presiding Bishop sign by the Presiding Bishop or the General Secretary.

A delegate will be sent to announce to your church that you are a Bishop Elect or Apostle Elect.
-
A date will be selected by our Presiding Bishop in consultation with you and your church for the consecration.

You will be required to pay a sum of $200 certificate fee for your consecration certificate.
-
Our delegate will be sent to attest to the fact that you have all your vestments, and everything needed for the consecration ready.

A final approval for your consecration will be sent to you and your church with the list of the things needed for the consecration day and how to take care of all our officiating ministers during your consecration.
